Please inspect your purchased materials immediately upon delivery. If an item is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days. The best way to do it is to send us an e-mail, or a text, letting us know what is wrong with the item and that you will be returning it.

We need to have the damaged/unordered item prior to sending your replacement so please return the return form with the item as soon as possible.
We try to make every effort to be sure that the items you receive are what you were expecting. However, if for some reason you wish to return an item other than described above you may do so for store credit or refund. The following applies:
- We only accept returns for credit or refund within 14 days of the date you receive your order.
- Items returned for store credit receive 100% credit. Simply check "Store Credit" as your preferredoption on the return form and we will issue you a store credit. For online credit, you must have created an account with us. We will do it for you if you haven’t already.
- If you do not want a store credit, you may request a refund. Shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
- Items returned for refund or credit must be new and unused.
- There are no refunds or credit given on closeout or clearance items.
- Please pack items carefully when returning. Any items we receive that are damaged will not be refunded or credited. We are not responsible for returns "lost in the mail." You may consider insuring the item and tracking for delivery confirmation.
- We do not cover shipping or insurance costs on return items.
